Products and services

Our thermodynamic designs are modeled using HTRI software, which allows for specific thermal calculations, enabling the definition of a wide variety of parameters and conditions.

Products designed to maximize thermal efficiency and minimize operating costs

This type of heat exchanger can be designed to work with various types of fluids in both liquid and gaseous phases, and can be used in different industrial processes, as it offers great operational flexibility. They can be designed in different types according to TEMA standards, and the manufacturing materials are selected according to each client’s specific requirements.

This type of heat exchanger is used in virtually all areas of the industrial sector, in liquid/gas and gas/gas applications, as it is composed of tubes and finned condensers, which significantly increase the extended surface area. Our company can design a wide range of finned heat exchangers, tailored to each client’s specific requirements.

Used in refrigeration systems cooled by fresh or salt water in the case of condensers, and for glycol water cooling in the case of evaporators (Chillers), manufactured in the tube/shell and concentric tube type.

  • OIL COOLERS FOR MILLS
  • WATER-COOLED REFRIGERATION CONDENSERS AFTERCOOLER AIR POST-COOLER FOR OXYGEN PLANT
  • AFTER COOLERS FOR AIR COOLING IN COMPRESSORS
  • WATER COOLING EVAPORATORS FOR REFRIGERATION UNITS (CHILLERS)

For use in plastic injection molding machinery, rolling machinery, mainly manufactured in the tube/shell type, under Tema Standard and in accordance with ASMEVII code.

Refrigeration evaporators generally function to extract heat from a given environment, producing a decrease in the room’s temperature as a result of the evaporation of the refrigerant gas circulating inside the tubes. Evaporators typically operate at low pressures and are primarily manufactured with copper tubes and aluminum fins for those using Freon, while ammonia-based systems use aluminum tubes.

Air-cooled refrigeration condensers are extended-surface heat exchangers designed to dissipate heat extracted from refrigerated environments into the surrounding air, adding the heat generated by the refrigeration compressor(s). These heat exchangers operate at high condensing pressures and are manufactured in their standard line with copper tubes and Goldfin aluminum fins to increase their lifespan when operating in marine fog or acid-contaminated environments.

This type of heat exchanger can be manufactured in different geometries and materials, according to customer requirements or adapting to the type of operation or process.

These units are manufactured primarily with copper, cupro/nickel, admiralty brass, carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum tubing. Continuous fins can be manufactured from Goldfin aluminum, and circular fins from extruded aluminum, carbon steel, copper, and stainless steel.

Air heating coils are used for the wood drying or the dehydrated fruit These units are designed under strict manufacturing processes, as they typically operate with saturated steam pressures exceeding 7 kg/cm² and temperatures reaching up to 180°C. They are manufactured with stainless steel or carbon steel tubes and aluminum fins, forming an excellent thermal bridge thanks to the extruded fin system formed from a solid piece of aluminum. These units offer exceptional durability and operational reliability.

This type of heat exchanger, also known as a “Unit Heater,” is used to heat large spaces where comfortable temperatures are required for the workers inside. Designed to operate with saturated steam, hot water, or other thermal fluids, they are constructed with seamless tubes of various materials and circular fins attached to the tubes by extrusion, forming an excellent thermal bridge that enhances the heat transfer rate.

Constructed primarily of hot-dip galvanized carbon steel, this type of heat exchanger features helical fins and a square tubular geometry to promote air circulation and reduce air-side clogging. They primarily operate with high-temperature thermal fluids or similar materials.

Heat exchangers for power rectifiers are manufactured with stainless steel tubes and extruded aluminum fins, and are used for water cooling. In most cases, they are designed with forced-draft fans or connected to ducts through which a cooling airflow circulates.

We offer various consulting services for the repair of radiators and heat transfer equipment, mainly for equipment from recognized brands such as Komatsu and Caterpillar.
